Morgan Clark & Company is a European consulting firm that offers Information Technology management expertise to major industries and governments in Europe.

We offer our result-based services on high-impact issues in the strategic IT areas such as Strategy Development, Priority Setting and Portfolio Development, Governance and Organisational Development, Cost Management, Program Management including Distressed Programs and Operational Performance Improvement.

Our success stems from the synergy of understanding of clients’ business process and technology, blended with the outstanding hands-on capabilities of our consultants, many of whom are recognised as experts in their respective fields and from a philosophy that stresses creativity, collaboration and responsiveness.

With its head office in Amsterdam, the firm delivers projects throughout Europe with a focus on the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the UK and France.

Our Leadership

We started Morgan Clark & Company with two simple but powerful ideas:

First, that we could help executives of large corporations more effectively manage their Information Technology. We do this by combining the business process knowledge with the management of IT organisation to deliver the result rather than simply provide our client with possibilities to choose from on paper.

Second, we are convinced that people need a different type of organization that enables them to deliver better performance. We believe that it is better to run a coaching-based transition firm than a retention-oriented ladder-based organisation. We help our consultants to work on their career wherever that may take a place.
