Our Leadership
We started Morgan Clark & Company with two simple but powerful ideas:
First, that we could help executives of large corporations more effectively manage their Information Technology. We do this by combining the business process knowledge with the management of IT organisation to deliver the result rather than simply provide our client with possibilities to choose from on paper.
Second, we are convinced that people need a different type of organization that enables them to deliver better performance. We believe that it is better to run a coaching-based transition firm than a retention-oriented ladder-based organisation. We help our consultants to work on their career wherever that may take a place.
